"Coffee stayed hot way longer than I expected"
I took this with me on a long drive and I was impressed because I kept forgetting about my coffee between stops and traffic and random little detours, but every time I picked it back up it was still actually hot, so yeah, I’m really happy with it and it does exactly what I needed.

This mug holds a ton, which is nice, but it’s also a bulky little beast. Takes up way more room on my desk than I expected, so for daily use it’s kind of a pain in the ass.

"Just feels impossible to get clean"
I don’t know, the lid just really bothers me. Stuff gets stuck in it somehow, and even after I wash it, it still feels kind of gross. I always end up feeling like it’s not actually clean, which is really frustrating.

It showed up quick, so no real complaints there. The box wasn’t smashed or anything, which was good. Only thing is the tracking was kinda slow to update, like it was already moving but the info wasn’t really catching up

"Cracked after just two weeks"
I was disappointed with this mug. It felt cheap from the start, and after only two weeks it already cracked. Seems like a preventable quality issue, honestly. I expected it to last a lot longer.

"The site looked clean and was pretty..."
The site looked clean and was easy to get around. I found the mug details quickly, unless I just happened to click the right thing by luck. Checkout on my phone felt a little clunky, but maybe that was just me. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Easy return, thankfully no hassle"
I ordered the wrong size mug and I was already annoyed because I have zero patience for return drama. But this was way easier than I expected. I emailed them, got a reply the same day, and they didn’t give me any weird runaround. They walked me through sending it back, kept me updated, and the refund showed up fast. Really solid support, I’d order from them again.
